Ingredients:

2 blackberries
½ measure blackberry brandy
½ orange
½ passion fruit
½ measure freshly squeezed lime juice
2 measures Sauza Hornitos Reposado Tequila
½ measure Champagne
1 frozen blackberry
1 lime wheel

Instructions:

Muddle the blackberries with the blackberry brandy. In a new cocktail tin, muddle the orange with the passion fruit. Add the lime juice, tequila and a scoop of ice to the fruit mixture, and shake until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and float the Champagne on top. Drizzle the muddled blackberry brandy mixture into the cocktail. Separate the seed segments of the frozen blackberry and use to garnish the cocktail in addition to the lime wheel. Enjoy.

2 measures vodka
1 measure coffee liqueur
1 1/2 measures cream (or milk)

Instructions:
Shake well together with ice and strain into a glass of your choice.

1 Dash sugar syrup

Half fill a high ball glass with ice. Pour all the ingredients into the glass and stir well. Garnish with pineapple, lemon or lime slices or mint leaves if desired.

Blend all the ingredients along with a scoop of crushed ice. Pour into a Hurricane Glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.

Instructions

In a large Martini glass add the Kahlua and Sambuca. Fill 2 shot glasses, one with Blue Curacao and the other with Baileys. Light the Kahlua and Sambuca with a match, hand the drinker a straw drink and tell them to drink the cocktail in one. When they have nearly reached the bottom put out the flame by adding the Blue Curacao and Baileys and tell them to finish off the drink.
