Here is a taste of how we create a fun experience with forward thinking, morale boosting

team-building:

• Warming up: an exciting introduction into the origin of cocktails, mixology and the

equipment that will be needed to create your cocktail masterpiece.

• Shake it up: your personal mixologist will teach you how to create a fabulous selection

of shaken (not stirred!) cocktails. Then it’s over to your team to create the perfect

shaken cocktail. To be presented, judged and enjoyed!

• Mojito magic: learn to make the perfect Mojito. But you’d better be watching closely

because, in true generation game style, you are going to need to follow the steps in

sequence. Will yours be magic?! the mixologist will decide…

• Layer up: not as easy as it sounds…Learn how to create a work of art using a spoon.

Yes, a spoon! return to your stations and create two of these layered classics for

marking and judging.

• Make it up: this is where you get the chance to put into practice what you have

learned. Create and name an amazing bespoke cocktail and choose one from each

group to be sent forward for testing and marking.

• Flaring: who has the skills to follow the flair artist’s routine and show the rest of the group

who the real Tom Cruise is?

• Prize-giving: the mixologist will put together all the scores and present champagne to

the winning team and a unique ‘cocktail-in-a-box’ to the bartender of the day!
